Rotary Youth Leadership Awards is a leadership program coordinated by Rotary Clubs around the globe. Individuals aged 14-30 to attend events organized by the club's district committee.

Rotary Club of Berhampur – RID 3262 had organized a 3 days camp at Gopalpur On Sea, wherein 200 participants from different towns and cities of Odisha participated.  The camp had events for individual and group activities to assess the participants’ talent and leadership traits. Aarav Kaushik led a team which scored the Third Position and on individual scores he ranked as the Top Contestant.
